We do everything within our means to find the right help and to keep our session fee as low as we can. Sending your story to us is always free. You only pay for a session if you ask for our time on it, and even then we waive the fee for hardship at our sole discretion. Some situations are handled entirely free. Attorney fees, doctor fees, or other professional fees are separate, paid by you directly to those professionals. Refund promise रिफन्ड प्रतिबद्धता
Your session fee covers Sathi's time spent on your case: listening, organizing, translating, finding the right professional. It is refundable until that session is delivered. Once we have completed your session (introduction, document organization, follow-up) the fee is earned. Professional fees are entirely separate, paid by you directly to the attorney/doctor/professional, governed by their own terms. If you practice in the United States and you want to take on more low-cost or pro bono matters than your regular caseload allows, we would like to hear from you. We are not a law firm, doctor's office, accountant, or any kind of licensed professional. Our entity structure is being finalized; a full US-side launch is planned for later this year. Only if you ask for a paid session. Sathi's prices are pay-for-our-time only: $20 listening session, $150 same-day priority, $50 helper hour, and optional info chats with a former US consular officer at $125 (30 min) or $285 (60 min). The fee covers our time only and never includes a referral fee from any professional we introduce. Sathi accepts no kickback, no commission, no gift from them, ever. Professional fees (attorney, doctor, accountant) are entirely separate, paid by you directly to them, governed by their own terms.
