The $20 session fee is refundable until we send the written email attorney introduction. Sathi charges a flat $50 consultation fee at booking for our coordination work only. The licensed injury attorney we connect you with works on a contingency-fee basis: no upfront legal fees from you, and the attorney's legal fee is recovered only out of a successful settlement or judgment. If there is no recovery, you owe the attorney no legal fee. A modest administrative or case-cost retainer may apply at the attorney's discretion and is disclosed before you engage. Refund policy रिफन्ड नीति
- Standard ($20): The $20 session fee covers Sathi's coordination and matching work. It is refundable until we send you a written email introduction to a licensed attorney. Once that introduction email is sent, the session fee is non-refundable because our coordination work is complete. Attorney fees are separate, paid directly to the attorney, and governed by the attorney's own terms. Refunded in full only if Sathi cannot find a suitable licensed injury attorney for your situation within 14 days. - Consular sessions ($125 / $285): Refundable in full if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
