Our coordination fee is separate from any attorney, medical, court, filing, or other professional fees and is the only payment made to Legal Sathi. We do not split fees with attorneys, take referral fees, or accept any other compensation tied to a referral. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Legal Sathi and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or our coordination service, including damages caused by the act or omission of any referred attorney or professional. Dispute resolution and arbitration विवाद समाधान र मध्यस्थता
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association under their consumer arbitration rules. The arbitration will take place in the state where you reside in the United States and will be conducted in English (with translation available on request). You and Legal Sathi each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or collective action.
