You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, to avoid uploading unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content, and to comply with applicable law. Fees and refunds शुल्क र रिफन्ड
Our session fee is separate from any attorney, medical, court, filing, or other professional fees and is the only payment made to Sathi. We do not split fees with attorneys, take referral fees, or accept any other compensation tied to a referral. The $20 session fee covers Sathi's coordination and matching work. It is refundable until we send you a written email introduction to a licensed attorney. Once that introduction email is sent, the session fee is non-refundable because our coordination work is complete. Attorney fees are separate, paid directly to the attorney, and governed by the attorney's own terms. Limitation of liability दायित्व सीमा
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sathi and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or our coordination service, including damages caused by the act or omission of any referred attorney or professional. Dispute resolution and arbitration विवाद समाधान र मध्यस्थता
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association under their consumer arbitration rules. The arbitration will take place in the state where you reside in the United States and will be conducted in English (with translation available on request). You and Sathi each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or collective action.
